Women and gender diverse individuals are often unfairly criticized for being “overly sensitive” and “obsessing” over unjust circumstances, especially if we have overlapping identities, ie., disability, race, queerness, etc. This session discusses innovative ways to channel areas of intense interest into mechanisms for mobilization, self-actualization, connection, and learning.
